Shipping times The times listed below estimate the expected number of business days it will take for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our facilities and delivered to you. ("Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) In some cases, merchandise may actually ship earlier than expected. When you choose "Express" delivery, we'll expedite processing in our warehouse and then select the shipping carrier and method designed to meet the stated delivery. Please note: orders being shipped to APO addresses and US Territories cannot be expedited.

Return/Exchange Policy Backorders
If an item that you ordered is temporarily out of stock, it will be backordered. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Items on backorder will not be charged to your account until they are shipped. Returns & Exchanges
Within 30 days of purchase, you may return any item purchased from shopgadgetgilr.com unused and in its original condition for credit or exchange. Please complete the accompanying exchange/refund form and include it with the products you are returning. Please note the reason for return. Indicate if you prefer a charge credit (to the card originally used, or an exchange. If you are exchanging, let us know what you’d like to exchange for by completing the information in the exchange/refund form. Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, please use UPS, Fed Ex or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase.
